Position Details:
Nuclear Medicine Tech- Zanesville OH
Location : Zanesville OH, 43701
Project Duration : 13 weeks
Pay range : $70-$72 an hour
Shift : Full Time PM Shift (2pm-10pm), Every other weekend
Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join a dynamic healthcare team. This role involves performing diagnostic nuclear medicine and PET imaging procedures while ensuring high standards of patient care, safety, and image quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform nuclear medicine and PET imaging procedures in accordance with established protocols
• Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals safely and accurately
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout procedures
• Maintain accurate patient records using electronic medical record systems
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to support diagnostic outcomes
• Follow all radiation safety and regulatory guidelines
Qualifications:
• Current or recent experience in Nuclear Medicine and PET imaging
• Proficiency with nuclear medicine imaging systems (e.g., Siemens platforms preferred)
• Experience with electronic medical record systems (e.g., EPIC preferred)
• Valid state licensure as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist - Ohio
• Certification by ARRT (Nuclear Medicine) or CNMT
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
