We have Contract role MRI Technologist for our client at Clarkston, WA. Please let me know if you or any of your friends would be interested in this position.
 
Position Details:
MRI Technologist- Clarkston, WA
Location                           : Clarkston, WA 99403
Duration                          : 13 weeks
Pay Rate                           : $60/hr-$65/hr
Shift                                    : Thursday - Saturday 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM.
 
Job Description:
The MRI Technologist is responsible for performing high-quality magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) examinations to assist physicians in diagnosing and treating medical conditions. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to patient safety, and excellent patient care.
 
Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and operate MRI equipment to perform diagnostic imaging procedures
• Screen patients for MRI safety, including metal implants and contraindications
• Explain procedures clearly to patients and address concerns to reduce anxiety
• Position patients correctly to obtain accurate and high-quality images
• Monitor patients during scans to ensure comfort and safety
• Follow MRI safety protocols and infection control procedures at all times
• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
• Perform routine equipment checks and report malfunctions or maintenance needs
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards

 
Requirements:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field
• Completion of an accredited MRI Technologist training program
• ARRT certification in MRI (or eligibility to obtain)
• Valid state licensure if required
