Position Details :  
Manufacturing Technical Coordinator - Santa Rosa, CA
Location                      : Santa Rosa, CA
Pay                                : $29/Hr - $31 / Hr
Project Duration          : 2+ Years Contract
Shift Timing                 : 2 PM – 10 PM (Swing Shift)
 
Job Summary
• This position is based in the semiconductor DieFab area supporting manufacturing of integrated circuits for internal and external customers.
• The role involves working closely with engineering teams, trainers, and operators while also contributing independently to production goals.
• Requires handling delicate IC components and performing tasks such as soldering, epoxy application, and wire bonding under a microscope.
• Ensures preparation of test packages for reliability testing by following detailed diagrams and specifications.
• Requires adherence to strict ESD protocols and accurate data entry using MS tools and MES systems.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
• Handle small, delicate IC components with precision.
• Perform soldering, epoxy, and wire bonding under a microscope.
• Follow detailed process documentation and engineering diagrams.
• Prepare and process test packages for reliability testing.
• Communicate effectively with process and reliability engineers.
• Input and manage data using MS applications and MES systems.
• Maintain strict adherence to ESD and safety protocols.
Job Requirements:
• High School Diploma required.
• Strong hand-eye coordination, especially under a microscope.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.
• Lean and 5S experience is a plus.
