Position Details:
Rad Technologist- Laramie, WY
Location                            : Laramie, WY 82072
Project Duration           : 13 Weeks Contract
Shift                                    : Rotating
 
Job Summary:
The Radiology Technologist obtains radiographic images of the areas of concern and presents the image to the providers to facilitate care. Radiology Technologist obtains radiographic images of the areas of concern and presents the image to the providers to facilitate care.
 
Essential Functions

• Provide radiographic images for the radiologist.
• Assists radiologist with procedures.
• Provides education to patients according to their needs.
• Other duties as assigned.

 
Education

• Graduation from an accredited Radiology Technologist program required.

 
Experience

• Previous experience in a hospital setting preferred.

 
Credentials

• Must have current, valid ARRT registration and must be in good standing with the ARRT.
• Must have a current, valid Wyoming License as a Radiology Technologist and be in good standing with the Wyoming Board of Radiologic Technologist Examiners.
• Must have current, valid BLS certification or must obtain within 60 days of hire and must maintain credential throughout employment with IMH.
