Position Details:
Project Coordinator- Minnetonka, MN
Location : Minnetonka, MN– 55345
Project Duration : 10+ Months Contract
Pay Rate : $ 50/ hr on W2
Description:
Key Responsibilities
• Execute operational project plans and deliverables in support of CRM NPD programs.
• Track project schedules, milestones, risks, and mitigation actions.
• Coordinate external vendors, track material deliveries, and hold suppliers accountable.
• Interface with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Material Compliance teams.
• Maintain project plans using MS Project or Smart sheet.
• Prepare status reports and lead working meetings.
• Clarify design intent when interfacing with vendors and partners.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication and independent working ability.
Preferred Qualifications
• Medical device experience.
• Knowledge of FDA QSR / ISO 13485.
• Vendor management experience.
Success Criteria
• On-time project deliverables.
• Stakeholder satisfaction.
• Effective execution in ambiguous situations.
