RN Emergency Room- Portales, NM

Shift Available : Nights – 6pm to 6am
Job Responsibilities:
- Assess and triage patients, prioritizing care based on urgency.
- Provide immediate care for life-threatening conditions, including medication and treatment administration.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Monitor patient conditions, vital signs, and adjust treatment as needed.
- Document patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes accurately.
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and aftercare.
- Advocate for patients' rights and well-being throughout their care.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies, including trauma and cardiac arrest.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with practices.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience.
- State specific license for RN.
- BLS, ACLS & PALS required.
