Location                            : Winchester, MA 01890
Project Duration             : 13 Weeks / Contract
Shift Timing                     : Day Shift
 
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Vascular Sonographer to join our diagnostic imaging team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Sonography procedures, with a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care in an acute hospital setting.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform non-invasive ultrasound examinations of arteries and veins.
• Use Doppler ultrasound to assess blood flow and detect blockages, clots, narrowing (stenosis), or abnormalities.
• Take patient histories and explain procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians (typically vascular surgeons or radiologists) to interpret test results.
• Maintain and calibrate ultrasound equipment.

 
Requirements:

• Vascular Sonographer - Monday -Friday 2pm-1030pm.
• On Call one weekend per month 930AM-6PM
• Must have Vascular Sonographer experience
• EPIC experience preferred. PACS experience required
• RVT license, BLS required.
• Facility is not accepting local candidates.
• Active MA license required at time of submissions.
• BILH Coversheet Required
• Cannot have worked perm/travel for any Beth Israel facility within the six months.
• COVID Vaccines + Booster required at time of submission.
• 2024-2025 flu vaccine required at time of submission (declinations not accepted).
• If candidate does not have current flu vaccine, we will accept an attestation stating they will receive it prior to start.
