Position Details:
Manager of Emergency Services RN- Ocala, FL
Location : Ocala, FL
Project Duration : Full time permanent role
What qualifications you will need:
- 3-5+ years of acute care ED RN experience & 2-3 years of ED acute care Charge/Supervisor/Manager experience Required!!!!!!!!!!!!
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
- PALS Pediatric Adv Life Supt must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
- Trauma Nursing Core Course must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
- Registered Nurse
- Associate Degree
- 323 bed, Level II Trauma Center
- 34 bed main emergency department
- About 60-70 direct reports to include several Clinical Nurse Coordinators (like Assistant Nurse Managers), paramedics, Patient Care Techs, RNs, new grad RNs, a few LPNs, and Unit Secretaries
