Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) to join our maternity care team. The RN in this role will provide comprehensive nursing care to expectant mothers throughout the labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum periods. This position requires strong clinical judgment, the ability to work effectively under pressure, and a compassionate approach to patient care.

- Active RN license in Vermont
- BLS, ACLS and NRP certification.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Labor & Delivery or women’s health
- Proficient in fetal monitoring, labor support techniques, and postpartum care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and focused in high-stress or emergency situations
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, and assist patients for extended periods
- Capability to lift and position patients as needed
- Manual dexterity for clinical procedures and monitoring equipment
