Health Plans Staff Accountant- Corvallis, OR
Location : Corvallis, OR 97330
Project Duration : 3+months contract
Shift: Days (07:00-15:30) no weekends.
Job Description:
Performs a wide variety of accounting functions which includes preparing, maintaining and monitoring various financial/productivity reports for outside regulatory agencies and auditors. Responsible for general ledger maintenance, reconciliation of accounts, internal/external financial reporting, fixed asset accounting, budgeting and ad-hoc financial analysis.

Experience/Education/Qualifications :
- College-level coursework in accounting or related field required. Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in accounting preferred.
- Two years’ experience doing the full scope of accounting work for a business required. Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in accounting may substitute for this experience.
- Experience with computers required. Experience with MS applications preferred.
