.We have Contract role Operations Specialist-Remote for our client at Los Angeles CA. Please let me know if you or any of your friends would be interested in this position.
Position Details:
Operations Specialist-Remote-Los Angeles CA
Location : Remote – PST time zone
Project Duration : 06+ Months Contract
Pay range : $18 - $19 an hour on W2.
Job Responsibilities:
- Process insurance certificates / policy requests - Workers Compensation is insurance line
- Act as day-to-day subject matter expert on client policies
- Data management
- Data entry
- Ability to shift between priorities, as needed, throughout the workday while maintaining an established level of productivity using time-management techniques
- Ability to work PST hours - 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Hour Unpaid Lunch) Daily
Skills and experience that will lead to success:
- Interpreting client requirements documents
- Data management experience
- Skilled with data management preferred. Ability to work with data in Excel and proprietary Aon systems
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to communicate well with clients
- Data Entry experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Prior experience in the insurance industry will be helpful and considered first
Education:
- College degree preferred or High School Diploma/GED with Equivalent Experience
