We have Permanent role RN - Critical Care for our Client at Peoria, IL. Please let me know if you or any of your friends would be interested in this position.

RN - Critical Care- Peoria, IL
Location : Peoria, IL, 61605
Shift : Varied
Project Duration : Permanent
Salary Range : $32.61 - $49.28/hour
: Sign on Bonus: $15k for new grads; $20k for 1+ years of experience
Position Summary:
Provides quality patient care to critically ill patients, through the nursing process of Assessment,
Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation. Serves as a patient advocate at all times. Supervises the
nursing care provided to each patient by other caregivers. Develops the plan for nursing care as a
result of coordination with the patient, family and staff of other disciplines as necessary. Applies critical
thinking in order to promote positive clinical outcomes. Ensures patient education. Participates in
discharge planning.
Minimum Qualifications:
-> Education: BSN
-> Experience: Experience as an RN in a rehab care setting.
-> Licensure/ Certification: Current American Heart Association issued BLS is required prior to start date of employment.
-> Other Skills/ Knowledge: Electronic Medical Record and Microsoft application basic proficiency.
