We have Contract Role Customer Service Admin – Collections for our client at Colorado Springs, CO. Please let me know if you or any of your friends would be interested in this position.
Position Details :
Customer Service Admin – Collections - Colorado Springs, CO
Location : Colorado Springs, CO 80907, United States (Onsite)
Project Duration : 04/13/2026 – 07/13/2027
Pay Rate : $14.00 – $16.00/hour on W2
About the Role
• Communicate with customers regarding account status and collect payments
• Interface with finance teams for payment application, reconciliation, and compliance
• Handle invoicing and support government billing portals like WAWF, MPO, IPP
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to resolve billing disputes
• Manage lockbox, check deposits, refunds, and adjustments
• Act as a liaison between order management, sales, credit, and finance teams
• Support audits, reporting, and ensure proper documentation
• Coordinate with banks for payment-related queries (cheques, LC, etc.)
• Help resolve complex payment issues related to tax, customs, or foreign exchange
