We have Contract role Phlebotomist for our client at Anaconda, MT. Please let me know if you or any of your friends would be interested in this position.
 
Position Details:
Phlebotomist- Anaconda, MT
Location                            : Anaconda, MT 59711
Project Duration           : 13 weeks
Pay range                        : $24/hr - $27/hr
Shift                                    : 10 hour shifts - variable hours

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Phlebotomist to perform blood collection procedures accurately and safely while providing excellent patient care. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong technical skills, professionalism, and the ability to work efficiently in a clinical or laboratory setting.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws following established procedures.
• Verify patient identification and properly label specimens.
• Prepare patients for blood collection and explain procedures clearly.
• Process, handle, and transport specimens according to protocol.
• Maintain accurate documentation and update patient records as required.
• Follow infection control, safety, and quality assurance standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and stock supplies.
• Communicate effectively with patients, clinical staff, and laboratory personnel.

 
Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a Phlebotomy training program preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification (e.g., CPT, PBT) preferred
• Prior phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and patient-care skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
