We have Contract role CT Technologist/ Radiologic Tech for our client at York ME. Please let me know if you or any of your friends would be interested in this position.
 
Position Details:
CT Technologist/ Radiologic Tech- York ME
Location                           : York ME 03909
Project Duration          : 13 weeks
Pay range                        : $51-$54 an hour
Shift                                   : 3 -13-hour shifts; Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday. with possible occasional weekend might be required. Shift is 7:30 pm to 6:00 am .
 
Job description:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Radiologic Technologist with strong experience in Computed Tomography (CT) to join our team. The ideal candidate is committed to delivering high-quality imaging services and exceptional patient care, while contributing positively to a collaborative healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures with a focus on CT scans
• Ensure high-quality imaging while maintaining patient safety and comfort
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment in accordance with established protocols
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members to support accurate diagnosis and treatment
• Adapt to varying clinical settings and patient needs
• Provide support with administrative or clerical tasks when required
• Assist with patient registration and general workflow support in certain locations

Required Skills & Experience:

• Mandatory: Proven experience in Computed Tomography (CT)
• Preferred experience in:
• Bone Densitometry
• Fluoroscopy
• C-arm procedures
• Portable Radiography

Work Schedule & Environment:

• Flexible scheduling required; shifts and work locations may vary based on operational needs
• Primarily day or overnight shifts with variable start times
• Shift durations may vary (e.g., extended shifts or multiple shifts per week)
• May be required to work across multiple sites and travel between locations during a shift
• Schedule availability provided in advance; however, changes may occur with short notice
• Flexibility and adaptability are essential for success in this role

Qualifications:

• Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
• Valid state Radiologic Technologist license (as applicable)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
