Project Duration            : This is a 12 months contract with potential to extend highly likely
Pay Rate                             : $35.00/hr. on W2
Hours                                : 8:00am – 5.00 PM
 
Job Description
 
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to manage projects including production equipment upgrades, process improvements, and cost reductions while supporting new product introductions and technical implementations. The role also includes Tier II/III support, EHR setup, and collaboration across multiple teams and sites.
 
Responsibilities:
Project & Process Management:

• Manage projects involving new production equipment, process improvements, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute project activities in support of defined goals.
• Establish requirements and specifications for project deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate project risks effectively.
• Support new product introductions and ensure procedural compliance with Abbott, FDA, and ISO design controls.

Technical & EHR Support:

• Handle Tier II tickets including troubleshooting, clinic creation requests, and miscellaneous issues.
• Assist with EHR courier setup and troubleshooting between Abbott and partner clinics.
• Support ad-hoc implementation calls across various sites including EHR setup and technical support.
• Lead validation and smoke testing on Abbott medical devices and mobile applications.
• Develop and execute test procedures and deployment test plans.

Incident & Issue Management:

• Assist with incident management, connectivity issues, and post-deployment production issues.
• Troubleshoot Tier II and Tier III tickets escalated by the business or Remote Care Agents.

Compliance & Collaboration:

• Ensure adherence to FDA, ISO, and internal documentation and process standards.
• Maintain positive, cooperative relationships with employees, contractors, and vendors at all levels.
• Support Divisional initiatives in coordination with PPE, R&D, PPG, RCTS, and Quality teams.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Product Support, IT, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered.

 
Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in the medical device industry.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and project management skills.
• Demonstrated leadership in team-based environments.
• Experience working within enterprise or cross-divisional business unit models.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at multiple organizational levels.
• Proficiency in multitasking, prioritization, and timely deadline management.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
