Desktop Support-Hybrid-Dallas TX

Job Description:
- Provide technical support for desktop systems, laptops, printers, and other end-user devices.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and standard applications.
- Manage software deployments, patches, and updates.
- Create packaged and install applications/tools using Datto tool
- Troubleshoot issue related to Outlook,Teams,Fortgate client .
- Troubleshoot the polycom equipment issues.
- Perform system backups and assist in disaster recovery planning.
- Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets.
- Create and update technical documentation, FAQs, and user guides.
- Respond to service desk tickets, diagnose issues, and resolve them promptly.
- Collaborate with other IT staff on network, server, and infrastructure support.
- Assist in onboarding/offboarding users (account setup, workstation provisioning, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and security standards.
