Position Details:
RN-ICU + float- Globe, AZ
Location                             : Globe, AZ 85501
Duration                            : 13 weeks /3 months
Salary Range                    : $60 -$63/ hourly on W2
Shift Timing                     : 12 hr nights+ call
 
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and adaptable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team. The ideal candidate will have strong critical care experience and be willing to float to the Medical-Surgical unit as needed. This position requires excellent clinical judgment, flexibility, and the ability to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
 
Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 3 years of ICU nursing experience
• Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Previous experience with Meditech 6.0 preferred
• Must be willing and able to float to the Medical-Surgical unit as needed
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills

 
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to physician orders and facility protocols
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Respond effectively to emergency situations and changes in patient condition
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record system
• Float to Medical-Surgical units when required to support patient care needs
• Participate in patient and family education to promote positive outcomes
