We have Contract role for Internal Communications Manager-Remote-for our client Chicago IL. Please let me know if you or any of your friends would be interested in this position.
 
Position Details:
Project Manager Change Management - Chicago, IL
Location                              : Chicago, IL
Project Duration                : 6+ Months of Contract
Pay-rate                              : $75.00-$85.00/Hour on W2 with limited benefits
 
Background: Multiple initiatives are being launched in North America and we are looking for a seasoned change manager who can work with the business & initiative teams to develop / rollout a comprehensive change management plan
 
Primary responsibilities:
• Apply a structured methodology (already defined by Client) and lead change management activities
• Support / facilitate impact analyses, assess change readiness
• Identify and manage anticipated and persistent resistance
• Create actionable deliverables for the core change management plans
• Support and engage senior leaders in N. America
• Support success metrics definition and monitor progress
• Support training & communication efforts
 
Desired Skills -
• 10+ years’ experience leading change initiatives
• Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
• Experience with working with Senior leadership
• Be a doer, ability to create content to support the change efforts - ability to communicate effectively through powerpoint decks
• Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
• Able to work effectively at all levels of an organization
• Problem solving and root-cause identification skills
• Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
• Familiarity with project / product management approaches / tools / lifecycles
• Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
