Location                         : South Bend, WA 98586
Job Type                         : Full Time Permanent
 
 
Schedule : 4*10 hour shifts
 

• PTO accrual, CME, Relocation and housing can be negotiated EOE.
• Excellent benefit package, Medical, Vision, Dental insurance for provider and family paid for by employer. 403(b) retirement plan with employer contributions based on policy.

               
Job Summary:

• This position is not a hospital position, it's for the Client only. 
• Clinic Physician provides clinical services within the scope of practice of his/her specialty; adheres to all treatment, procedure and medication guidelines as directed by clinic policies and state or federal law; conducts self in a professional manner, strictly following confidentiality policies and working cooperatively and supportive with other staff; regularly evaluates staff and provider performance, providing constructive feedback and realistic expectations.

• Client is a small, not-for-profit Critical Access Hospital located in South Bend, Washington.
• We provide access to our main campus to Cardiology, Cardiac Rehab, in house complex lab services, imaging technology including, CT, 3-D Mammography, Mobile MRI and Nuclear medicine along with, Respiratory Therapy and Tele-stroke program. Hospitalist and Swing bed program.
