We have Contract role Medical Technologist for our client at Anaconda, MT. Please let me know if you or any of your friends would be interested in this position.
 
Position Details:
Medical Technologist- Anaconda, MT
Location                           : Anaconda, MT 59711
Duration                          : 13 weeks
Pay Rate                           : $50/hr-$55/hr
Shift                                   :  Days – Varying Hours
 
Job Description:
The Medical Technologist is responsible for performing complex laboratory tests and analyses on patient specimens to aid in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease. This role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to laboratory protocols and quality standards.
 
Responsibilities :

• Perform laboratory testing in areas such as hematology, clinical chemistry, microbiology, immunology, and blood banking
• Collect, process, and analyze patient specimens (blood, urine, tissues, etc.)
• Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment and instruments
• Validate test results and identify abnormal findings
• Ensure compliance with laboratory safety, quality control, and regulatory standards
• Document and report test results accurately in laboratory information systems
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and resolve testing discrepancies
• Assist in developing and implementing laboratory procedures and quality improvement initiatives
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with regulations
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals

 
Requirements:

• CLS/MT - ASAP Start - MT license
• Minimum 2 year’s experience.
• Must have phlebotomy training.
• Micro experience preferred.
