Position Details:
RN Cardiac Neuro Tele- Sanford, FL
Location                            : 1401 West Seminole Blvd, Sanford, FL 32771
Shift Timing                    :  Days & Nights (Rotating Weekends)
Project Duration           : Fulltime / Permanent job
Sign On:    For Day Shift: $10k & For Night Shift: $15k
Shift Diff:  $4.50 (Nights)   & $1.50 (Weekends)
Job Summary:  
The Cardiac Neuro Registered Nurse is responsible for the observation, assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation of care; health teaching and counseling of the ill, injured, or infirm; and the promotion of wellness, maintenance of health, and prevention of illness of others. Administers medications and treatments as prescribed or authorized by a duly licensed practitioner authorized by the laws of this state to prescribe such medications and treatments. This 27 -bed unit and will tend to Med /Tele Neuro & Cardiac, Post CAB, MI’s/Chest pain etc. patients.  Our number one  goal is patient safety and satisfaction!
 
Job Requirements:

• 1 year of Recent (within the last year or 2) RN ACUTE CARE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!
• Nursing Diploma or ASN; BSN preferred.
• If a candidate has 3 or more years of experience as an RN and if they have their compact license (They’ll still need to apply for the FL license) we can consider and move forward.
• If a candidate has less than 3 years of RN experience, they’ll need to take the NCLEX in FL and once they pass we can consider (This is if candidates do not have a FL RN  License)
• Current American Heart Association BLS and ACLS Certification.
• NIHSS Certification must obtain within 30 days.  Required to work under NIHSS credentials RN until training certificate obtained.
