Position Details:
CT Tech- Ft. Walton Bch, FL
Location                            : Ft. Walton Bch, FL 32547
Project Duration           : Full time/ Permanent
Shift                                     : Night Shift
Sign on Bonus                 : $ 20,000
 
Available Shifts:

• Nights Weekdays: 9p-9a (Mon-Thursday)
• Nights Weekdays: 11p - 7:00a (Monday- Thursday)
• Nights Weekends:  8:30p-9a (Fri-Sat-Sun)

 
Job Description:

• Under the direction of the Radiologist, performs Radiology and CAT scan procedures at a technical level requiring no constant supervision of technical detail.
• Perform a variety of technical procedures that will require independent judgment, with ingenuity and initiative to apply prescribed ionizing radiation.
• Assume responsibility for designated areas or procedures required.
• Recognizes the purpose employment is to prioritize the patient as number one, and to put forth the utmost quality as a Technologist.
• Perform examinations on patients of various ages from neonate to geriatric.

 
Qualifications

• One year of CT experience REQUIRED.
• Candidates DO NOT need to have acute care experience for working with the client.
• However, for the FSED opportunities they need to have acute care experience
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Registered Radiographer (ARRT) (R) & (CT) registry preferred
• Florida State Registered Radiologic Technologist
• Graduate from an accredited Radiology Technology School
