Position Details:
Solution Architect-Team Lead- Dallas TX
Location : Dallas TX 75201
Duration : 6+ Months
Pay Rate : $70/hr -$74/hr on W2
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Design high level, end to end architectures across applications, infrastructure, cloud, data, and integrations.
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise standards, reference architectures, and long term roadmaps Govern solution patterns, integration approaches, and architectural decisions.
• Define and guide cloud, application, and integration strategies (e.g., Azure, AWS, M365, SaaS platforms) Lead greenfield implementations and large scale migrations (cloud, SaaS, legacy modernization) with focus around Workday, Service Now, Dell Boomi.
• Evaluate and approve new technologies for enterprise adoption Ensure consistency, interoperability, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Define transition architectures and migration roadmaps.
• Ensure minimal risk and business disruption during transformation initiatives.
• Desired Candidate Profile 15 + years of experience with Workday, Dell Boomi, Service Now.
• Experience with advanced Active Directory, O365, software installation.
• Familiarity with networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi-Fi.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on user satisfaction.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks based on urgency
Deliverables:
• Process Flows-Mentor and Knowledge transfer to client project team members.
• Participate as primary, co and/or contributing author on any and all project deliverables associated with their assigned areas of responsibility.
• Participate in data conversion and data maintenance.
• Provide best practice and industry specific solutions.
• Advise on and provide alternative (out of the box) solutions.
• Provide thought leadership as well as hands on technical configuration/development as needed.
• Participate as a team member of the functional team
• Perform other duties as assigned.
