Pay range :$25-$29/Hr on W2
Shift : Nights 6p-6:30a
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Long Term Care team. The CNA will provide direct patient care and support residents with daily living activities, ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity at all times. This role may require floating between two floors within the facility.

Job Summary:

This role may require floating between two floors within the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including:
- Bathing
- Dressing
- Grooming
- Toileting
- Support residents during meal times, including feeding assistance if needed
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
- Provide compassionate care while respecting resident dignity and privacy
- Follow all facility policies, procedures, and infection control guidelines
Work Environment:
- Facility consists of 2 floors
- CNA may be required to float between both floors based on patient care needs
Required Qualifications:
- Active CNA Certification
- Experience in Long Term Care (LTC) or Post Acute Care (PCC) preferred
- Basic knowledge of patient care and safety practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
