Job Description:
The RN provides nursing care to patients utilizing the Nursing Process and within the framework of the Department of Nursing Standards of Patient Care and Specialty Specific Standards of Patient Care. The RN assumes leadership responsibilities, which includes delegation of work to other levels of employees.

ACLS, BLS, PALS (or ENPC), and de-escalation training are required to be active prior to contract start date.

Job Description:
The RN provides nursing care to patients utilizing the Nursing Process and within the framework of the Department of Nursing Standards of Patient Care and Specialty Specific Standards of Patient Care. The RN assumes leadership responsibilities, which includes delegation of work to other levels of employees.
Responsibilities :
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document findings accurately
- Monitor patient conditions, vital signs, laboratory results, and response to treatments
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments as prescribed
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative nursing care
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, medications, and discharge plans
- Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and other healthcare professionals
- Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and medical emergencies
- Maintain infection control standards and patient safety protocols
- Accurately document nursing care in the electronic medical record (EMR)
Requirements:
