Position Details:
L&D Postpartum RN- Anaconda, MT
Location : Anaconda, MT 59711
Duration : 13 Weeks Contract
Salary Range : $55-$60/hr
Shift Timing : Nights
Job Summary:
Client is seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery/OB Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive care across Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and OB services. This role requires a highly skilled RN capable of managing maternal and newborn care in a rural hospital setting, including night shifts and on-call responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care in Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and OB units
• Monitor maternal and fetal status, including fetal heart monitoring
• Assist with labor, deliveries, and postpartum recovery
• Deliver newborn care and support maternal education (including breastfeeding)
• Respond to obstetric emergencies and participate in on-call coverage
• Collaborate with OB providers and interdisciplinary care teams
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Required Qualifications:
• Active Montana (MT) RN license or compact state license
• Minimum 2 years of experience in OB, Labor & Delivery, and Postpartum
Required Certifications:
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
• Intermediate AWHONN (Fetal Monitoring)
