RN Hospice

Job Summary:
The Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) provides compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals and families during end-of-life care. This role focuses on symptom management, patient comfort, and supporting caregivers across various care settings.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hospice care in homes, nursing homes, group homes, and assisted living facilities
• Assess patients and manage symptoms using strong clinical judgment
• Educate patients and caregivers on care plans and goals
• Manage an assigned caseload and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team

Requirements:

• Strong clinical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and manage patient care
• Hospice or end-of-life care experience preferred
