Pay range                        : $28-$30 an hour
Shift                                   : Day
 
Job description:
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides essential support to the nursing team by delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Working under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), the CNA performs assigned tasks based on individual patient needs and contributes to maintaining a safe, clean, and organized care environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the supervising RN
• Support patient comfort and safety by responding promptly to call lights and requests
• Assist with vital signs measurement and documentation as directed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and quiet environment to support patient recovery
• Follow infection control protocols and safety guidelines
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure continuity and quality of care
• Provide emotional support and compassionate care to patients and their families

Qualifications:

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification from a recognized registry
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Commitment to patient safety, dignity, and confidentiality

Work Environment:

• Healthcare settings such as hospitals, clinics, or long-term care facilities
• Requires physical activity including standing, walking, and assisting patients with mobility
