Position Details:  
Digital Specialist – Part Time (Hybrid) - Bolingbrook, IL
Location                                : Bolingbrook, IL 60440
Project Duration                : 7+ Months Contract
Pay Rate                                 : $20.00 - $22.00/Hour
Working Hours                   : Approximately 4 hours/day
Job Summary
• This role involves supporting the Virtual Try-On platform by coordinating product samples and calibrating digital data for beauty products.
• You will assist in product swatching, extracting color values, and ensuring accurate representation of products in the system.
• The position includes working closely with digital and analytics teams to support product launches and user experience enhancements.
• Requires attention to detail, creativity, and interest in beauty and digital tools.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and track product samples for new launches
• Perform product swatching and extract hex color values using Photoshop
• Input and manage SKU data in calibration tools
• Support analytics, reporting, and performance tracking
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product launches and testing
• Assist with QR code creation, tracking, and troubleshooting
• Support digital campaigns and virtual try-on features
Job Requirements:
• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Interest or experience in beauty/cosmetics products
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Photoshop preferred
• Understanding of color theory is a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently or in a team
• Must be located in Chicagoland area (occasional office visit required)
