Position Details:
ER RN- Globe, AZ
Location : Globe, AZ 85501
Project Duration : 13 weeks
Pay range : $50-$54/Hr on W2
Shift Timing : 7p-7a+call
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our fast-paced healthcare team. The RN will provide immediate and high-quality care to patients experiencing acute illnesses or injuries, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and effective treatment in a critical care environment.
Minimum Experience:
• 3 years of recent experience in an Emergency Room setting required
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess, triage, and prioritize patients based on severity of condition
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed
• Monitor patient conditions and respond quickly to changes
• Assist physicians during examinations and emergency procedures
• Perform wound care, splinting, and other emergency interventions
• Document patient information accurately and timely in EMR systems
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control protocols
Required Qualifications:
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (state-specific)
• Minimum 3 years of ER experience
• BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification – required
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) Certification – required
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) Certification – preferred/required (based on facility)
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
