Location : Alturas, CA 96101
Project Duration : 13 weeks
Pay range : $70/hr – 75/hr
Shift : Mon - Fri 8 hour shifts with shared on-call
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist capable of performing all diagnostic CT procedures, including contrast-enhanced studies. The technologist must demonstrate competency in CT imaging, basic computer usage, and mathematical calculations related to imaging procedures.

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist capable of performing all diagnostic CT procedures, including contrast-enhanced studies. The technologist must demonstrate competency in CT imaging, basic computer usage, and mathematical calculations related to imaging procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic CT examinations, including contrast and non-contrast studies.
- Prepare and position patients, explain procedures, and ensure patient safety.
- Administer contrast media in accordance with protocols and safety guidelines.
- Operate CT and related imaging equipment efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain image quality standards and complete required documentation.
- Utilize basic computer systems for image processing, PACS, and patient records.
- Apply basic math skills for contrast dosing and exam calculations.
- Follow radiation safety, infection control, and departmental policies.
Qualifications:
- ARRT (R) and ARRT (CT) certifications required (X-ray and CT).
- Active state licensure.
- Prior CT experience preferred.
- Strong technical, communication, and patient-care skills.
