We have Contract role Sterilization Microbiologist for our client at Plymouth MN. Please let me know if you or any of your friends would be interested in this position.
 
Position Details:
Sterilization Microbiologist- Plymouth MN
Location                             : Plymouth MN 55442
Project Duration              : 12+ Months Contract
Pay Range                          : $30-$32/hr. on W2
 
Job Responsibilities:
-Interpret cleanroom monitoring test results including non-viable particles, viable active air, viable surface, pressure differential, and HEPA velocity
-Document and investigate excursions from cleanroom monitoring where results did not meet specification
-Document and investigate environmental disturbances that occur in the cleanroom (ex. pressure differential out of specification)
-Document and investigate product bioburden or endotoxin excursions
-Support Supplier Change Notifications (SCN) by evaluating impact of change to product bioburden, bacterial endotoxin, and sterilization
-Support changes to the manufacturing environment by writing Environmental Disturbance Reports (EDR) for planned activities (adding equipment, tables, personnel, etc)
-Conduct review of routine test results in LIMS (product bioburden, product endotoxin, environmental monitoring, etc)
 
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in a related scientific field plus 1+ years of related work experience with a complete understanding of specified functional areas, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
-Knowledge of medical device manufacturing and cleanroom environments
