Location                            : Lewiston, ID
Project Duration           : 13 weeks
Pay range                         : $35 - $40/ Hour  
Shift                                    : Varied
 
Job Description:

• Seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13-week travel assignment in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting.
• The ideal candidate will deliver quality patient care, adapt quickly to new environments, and work collaboratively with facility teams.

 
Key Responsibilities:

• Record patient medical history and document changes in condition
• Take and record vital signs (blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, respiration)
• Administer medications and treatments as permitted
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, eating, dressing, mobility)
• Provide wound care, change bandages, and assist with specimen collection
• Communicate effectively with supervising nurses and physicians
• Monitor patients for adverse reactions or significant changes and report promptly
• Maintain patient charts and documentation according to HIPAA and facility protocols
• Offer emotional support and clear instructions to patients and families
• Follow all safety procedures and infection control guidelines

 
Qualifications:

• Active LPN license in the state of assignment
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Recent clinical experience as an LPN preferred
• Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills required
• Ability to adapt quickly to new teams and environments
• Physical ability to assist patients and be on feet for extended periods
