RN Manager Progressive Care- Atlantis, FL
Location : Atlantis, FL 33462
Shift Timing : Schedule Full-time - Mixed (No Weekends)
Project Duration : Full Time/Permanent
Job Summary
The Manager ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the unit/department. The Manager monitors and evaluates the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives.
Job Qualifications & Requirements:
->Current Florida license as Registered Nurse or Recognized Compact Licensure (subject to Florida State Licensing Requirements, including/not limited to ongoing eligibility and duration provisions)
->Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
->Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
->Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
->Minimum 2 years of current clinical nursing experience in an acute care Hospital setting
->Minimum 1 year of experience as a full time Charge Nurse/ Coordinator, Nursing Administrative Supervisor, or Nursing Management
->Must Have Recent Acute Care Experience As Charge Nurse (Min 3 Yrs)
