Position Details:
RN Med Surg- Bradenton, FL
Location : 2020 59th St W, Bradenton, FL 34209
Shift Timing : Full Time- Days and Nights (Rotating Weekends)
Project Duration : Fulltime / Permanent job
Salary Range : $30.76- $41.50 based on years of experience
Night differential: $4.75
Weekend differentials: $3.00/hr;
National Certification- $2:00

Sign On:

• $10K- Days 2% is paid out on the 1st/2nd check the balance is paid out in 6 months increments
• $15K- Nights 2% is paid out on the 1st/2nd check the balance is paid out in 6 months increments

RELO: up to 5K w/ HR approval


Education:
Nursing Diploma or ASN required, BSN preferred

Licensure:

• Current Florida State RN license or compact state RN license
• Current BLS Certification from the American Red Cross (HCA chosen provider) OR American Heart Association is required
• Current ACLS preferred; required within 6 months of hire

Experience:

• Minimum one year RN experience :
• Customer service abilities including effective listening skills. Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment
• Ability to perform work that requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, lifting of patients and/or equipment up to 50 pounds
• OPEN TO LTACH, HOME HEALTH RN'S
• ONSITES ARE MANDATORY FOR AN OFFER TO BE MADE
