Position Details:
Administrative Services Assistant-Nashville TN
Location : Nashville, TN, United States
Project Duration : 12+ months of contract
Summary:
- Under general supervision, is responsible for professional administrative work related to contracts.
- This includes creating contract documents, merging documents, routing contracts for signatures both internally and externally,
- entering contracts into Edison and BCMS, logging contract status in BCMS, saving documents to shared drive,
- responding via email to contract-related questions from internal and external stakeholders,
- attending in-person and virtual meetings, and providing administrative support to the Division, such as taking meeting notes, scheduling meetings, answering phone, etc.
- Operates standard office machines and equipment as necessary including typing on computer for prolonged periods of time.
Education and Experience:
- Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree AND experience equivalent to four years of full-time increasingly responsible professional staff administrative work.
Substitution of Experience for Education:
- Qualifying full-time increasingly responsible sub professional, para-professional, or professional experience may be substituted for the required education, on a year-for-year basis, to a maximum of four years.
Substitution of Education for Experience:
- Additional graduate coursework in public administration, business administration, or other acceptable field may be substituted for the required experience, on a year-for-year basis, to a maximum of two years.
