Position Details:
Float Pool (Med-Surg) RN- Tallahassee, FL
Location                            : 2626 Capital Medical Blvd., Tallahassee, FL 32310
Project Duration           : Full Time Permanent Job
Shift Timing                    :  Nights (Rotating Weekends)
                                                Days (Rotating Weekends)
Position Summary:

• Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality
• Facilitate patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis
• Provide plan based care with a commitment to continuous improvement

 
Requirements:

• 2 years of recent  (within the last year or two) acute care Med-Surg  RN experience within unit required
• If a candidate has 3 or more years of experience as an RN and if they have their compact license (They’ll still need to apply for the FL license) we can consider and move forward.
• If a candidate has less than 3 years of RN experience, they’ll need to take the NCLEX in FL and once they pass we can consider.  (This is if candidates do not have a FL RN  License)
• Current BLS required
• Current ACLS preferred, required within 6 months of hire
• BSN is preferred
