RN Med/Surg

We are seeking an experienced Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for the night shift. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

• Provide direct patient care to Med/Surg patients during night shifts
• Monitor patient conditions and assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
• Respond to emergencies and provide critical interventions as needed
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and post-discharge care
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (state-specific or compact license)
• Minimum 5 years of Med/Surg nursing experience
• Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently during night shifts
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
