The Registered Nurse (RN) provides patient care in both the Emergency Room, ensuring safe and effective care delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care in Emergency Room and Swing Bed units
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions
- Respond to emergency situations and provide timely interventions
- Administer medications and treatments as required
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Ability to work in both ER and Swing Bed settings
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
