Project Duration : Fulltime / Permanent
Shift Timing : Mon – Fri (08:00 AM – 04:30 PM) – Days
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Radiation Therapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in delivering precise radiation therapy treatments and have a strong understanding of oncology patient care. This role is critical in supporting patients throughout their cancer treatment journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer prescribed doses of radiation to patients in accordance with physician instructions and treatment plans.
- Operate advanced radiation therapy equipment including True Beam, Trilogy, and Aria systems.
- Monitor patient reactions and ensure safety and comfort throughout the treatment process.
- Accurately document treatment details and patient responses in the system.
- Collaborate with radiation oncologists, physicists, and other members of the healthcare team to provide high-quality care.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Radiation Therapy.
- Proficiency with True Beam, Trilogy, and Aria systems is strongly preferred.
- Valid Ohio Radiologic Technologist license.
- Certification by ARRT in Radiation Therapy (RTT).
- BLS certification required and must be current.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate approach to patient care.
