Shift Timing : 3 X12 hour shifts needed - It is both a day and night opening
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 1 year of experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and/or Progressive Care Unit (PCU) settings. The RN will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to critically ill and high-acuity patients while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes.

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 1 year of experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and/or Progressive Care Unit (PCU) settings. The RN will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to critically ill and high-acuity patients while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to critically ill and step-down patients in ICU/PCU settings
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions, including vital signs and cardiac rhythms
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and blood products safely and accurately
- Operate and monitor specialized equipment such as ventilators, cardiac monitors, infusion pumps, and other life-support systems
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and participate in code blue events
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and multidisciplinary teams
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and recovery processes
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety regulations, and infection control standards
Required Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 1 year of recent ICU and/or PCU experience
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required
- Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
