RN-OR Circulator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Operating Room (OR) Circulator Registered Nurse to join our surgical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating patient care in the operating room, ensuring a safe and sterile environment, and supporting surgical procedures across multiple specialties. This role requires strong clinical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced surgical setting.

• Serve as the circulating nurse during surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and adherence to sterile techniques.
• Prepare and maintain the operating room environment before, during, and after procedures.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical team members to ensure efficient workflow.
• Verify patient identity, procedure, and surgical site in accordance with safety protocols.
• Monitor patient condition throughout surgery and respond to any changes promptly.
• Ensure all surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment are available and functioning properly.
• Maintain accurate documentation of surgical procedures and patient care.
• Adhere to infection control, safety, and regulatory standards.

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Perioperative Nursing (Peri-Op 101) Certification – Required
• CNOR (Certified Nurse Operating Room) – Preferred
• Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications – Required
• Strong experience working as an OR Circulator
